About Me
I am a Senior Associate with Ledingham Chalmers, based in Edinburgh. I work for claims handlers, insured companies, public sector organisations, self-insured bodies and insured private individuals. I handles a large volume of work from some of Scotland’s largest local authorities at all levels within the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
I specialises in actions against local authorities involving education, bullying and harassment, stress, property damage and housing issues. I also do a large volume of road traffic claims, specialising in credit hire claims. I am accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law.
Outside work I am a keen golfer and enjoy football, music and cooking.
